It's an E-Mag or RT Pro body. Yes it will fit a MiniMag.

yes and no. the body lug is taller on emag / rt pro bodies than it is on classic bodies. it will not fit older version classic rails that only have the rectangular body hole. it will fit on newer classic rails that have both style holes (rectangular and round), as well as rails that have been milled to accept rt p bodies.
