ya so i wanna buy a tac one cuz well they're awesome but don't want to buy it from a canadian source cuz then i'm paying more than 200 dollars than is needed however i was told that buy purchasing it from an american source and having it shipped here that almost always canadian customs will seize paintball guns and destroy them, which reall sucks, i wanna know if this is true and if so how i can gurantee the save delivery of my gun. can you guys help me out here?

I don't think that you can buy it from a canadian source anymore. The only place that was selling mags was CanadianPaintball.com and they no longer carry mag stuff. Premium Paintball had some left over Xmags but I think their all gone and they carry nothing for the mag now.
If the marker is comming over as sport equipment, you shouldn't have any problems other than PST and maybe duties. Either way, your going to have to pay more than our merkin cousins do. The economies of scale i guess...
