Ok got his dragon half block e-cocker.
here is what he said.

To make up for the inserts, I can add a brand new 20 OZ tank with an on/off valve. As I stated before, there are no problems with the gun and no blemishes or scratches of any kind on the body, it's pristine. The sled does not scratch the anno at all. I will also go over everything again to be sure but I took it out about 2 weeks ago and everything worked fine. It's field ready and timed.

so what is being included with the gun? Any problems any thing i should know. Does your sled scratch the anno? Blemishes? My mag has saw play but does not have anything that i can see i will check it over again to tell you where blemishes are. I shot it last night with grippers i put 2 hoppers of grippers through it and it shot great. Chronoed it and everything was good.

The gun was not timed. The autococker tech at a local field and he said there was not way it could have been sent timed. Second the eye does not work because it came smashed because an o-ring was lost that holds the e-blade eye in place. Now all of this is not just me it is a tech and the gun did not fire when i got it. I read the E-blade instruction manual before i even got the gun. Put a new battery in Turned on the gun. and it was so far out of timing it fired slow. Then i took it to the local tech. I thought it was minor timing issues but no. so i would not deal with him again. I should have been told the eye was smashed and it was out of timing. I don't think i am not fair i just don't want to be lied to. So it's like adding $35 dollars for a eye i have to wait to use the gun.
