SELLER BEWARE!!

I actually wanted to avoid doing this publicly but there was no attempt by Cres to fix this.

I had sold Cres two parts back in October '08. Had no problems with the sale, great communication, etc.

Received a PayPal dispute in February '09, credit card chargeback claiming unauthorized credit card usage. I was lucky enough to have the disputes closed in my favor (took about 2 months) but a few other members were not so lucky.

I had e-mailed him personally and he claimed that he did not know what was going on and he would contact his credit card company. Needless to say, NOTHING happened and he ceased all communication with me from there.

Same issue with me.

Just like TwilightG, Cres007 filed a credit card fraud claim for the trigger & trigger pin I sold him back in October.

Because I did not have a tracking number (since the trigger was sent in a plain eveloppe), PayPal refunded Cres.

What infuriates me is that I exchanged several PMs with him when he asked for my help in getting the old trigger off his frame to install the one I sold him. Since he has filed the chargeback, he has failed to reply to my Emails.

He has also pulled the same stunt on two other well-known AO members.

AVOID AT ALL COSTS!
