    VooDoo_Coatings feedback

I couldn't find a feedback thread so I started one for them.

Let me say that the quality of their work is AWESOME! I recently had some powder coating done for my MiniMag. Communication is top-notch.. very professional and they pay a lot of attention to detail! (when you're having anything custom done, you want to make sure it's going to be done right)

Price and turnaround time is great! I even had a mishap with a local lasering guy and needed my part re-coated. VooDoo was able to have my part stripped, re-coated, and shipped back to me in no time at a very reasonable rate.

Do not hesitate to do business with VooDoo_Coatings. We need more vendors like them! Now I need to dig through my closet of pb gear to see what else I could coat

Nice to know they do good work because my E-mag is getting a flat black finnish done.

I had Voodoo (Ion) Coatings cerakote the following parts for me:

      RPG gas through grip
      15* ASA
      J&J edge kit
      Intelliframe
      Viper Blade Pro
      ULE body
      Drop forward and on/off ASA
      A+ feedneck

This was the first time I'd had any work done like this on my marker and I was a little concerned about tolerances. Tyler was quick to respond and gave me the information I was looking for on all the parts.

I shipped them off, took a while to get there due to USPS issues, but when they arrived, Tyler was prompt in letting me know that they were there. He works out of Georgia and they had intense flooding at the time, so it took a little longer than originally communicated but he was on top of it and got the parts back to me exactly when he said he would.

When the parts arrived, I was happy with the finish - it was a little rougher than I expected (texture wise) but everything fit together well, the color was a nice, matte black (I did Cerakote Armor Black) and they were well packaged and in good condition.

I wouldn't hesitate to use Ion Coatings again in the future.
