    The Mag Smith

Any idea what's up with these guys?

I've had no indication that my order has been shipped and they dont reply to emails. They dont seem to have a phone number.

    Try this one:

    [email protected]

I had the same problem the last time I ordered from him. Turns out my email was catching emails from TMS, labeling them as spam and deleting them. You might not like his attitude but he has great customer service. He'll get you the parts you ordered. Trust me.

Alright, Ive recevied an e-mail from derf that can be answered here fairly easily. Here are a few links that should be able to help you out derf:

Shipping Timeframes are listed here: http://themagsmith.com/store/index.p...iewDoc&docId=3

        Check Order Status: http://themagsmith.com/store/index.p...=checkshipping

The e-mail you sent me shows you to be international. The shipping timeframe link above shows that your order would ship within 5 business days. If your order was placed on the 22nd, it should ship by no later than the 29th(thats today).

Let me know if you need any other help.

Ok thanks. Haven't recieved the package today though.

However, below is a dump of the Status page of the website. It's rather unclear for someone who wants to know when the order has been sent.

          -----------

          Order Status

          Order Number: xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx
This order has a status of: Processing
          Comments:

          Status Definition
          Pending: Order has been received.
Processing: Order is in process and will ship within timeframes stated in Terms & Conditions.
          Complete: Order has been shipped.
          Cancelled: Order has been cancelled.

          ------------

From the way I read it, the item is going to ship by today, not arrive by today. When you receive it is determined by the Carrier(UPS, FedEx, USPS) and their transit times based on the method of shipment.

"Shipped" is ambiguous and "Complete" is not very customer oriented.

Maybe this is just a language barrier. If the term "sent" is substituted, isnt the meaning the same? I guess I dont understand whats unclear, shipped/mailed/sent all means the same.

I will find out for you about the term "Complete". This is the first Ive ever heard someone have an issue with that term not being customer oriented.

I got an answer for you on this question. Most of those terms are all part of the shopping cart software so its not something that can be changed easily.
