I bought a pretty pneumag from littleshwade and the initial transaction was quick and easy. Through no fault of his own, the package got lost in the mail system for 3 months, but he maintained solid communication throughout. He even offered to refund me while the situation was sorted out at the post office. Fortunately the package was found and they shipped it back to him and he verified nothing was damaged during the 3 month hiatus and shipped it to me via fedex. Everything arrived in excellent condition.

He is a stand-up guy; very honest and easy to work with and because of that, I had no fear that it wouldn't get resolved.
