Terrible transaction with Tracy,

I sent money in for the mag body, waited over two years for the product which turned out to be sub par quality.

Tracy also took my money for a tshirt order but decided she wanted to simple steal that money for herself

No body is "stealing" your money. The T-shirts are a Forest thing. He has way too many things on his plate right now and has for a long time. I have the list of all the shirts and still plan on sending them out. Most of the shirts (not all) were freebies, not that it should not have already been sent out.

I have never intentionally screwed over anyone. This project became my worst nightmare and I apologize to all involved for the lengthy time it took for it all to happen. I was the point of contact, but I was not the one to actually make them in the machines. I worked very hard on this project. I tried to do something for the customers, what they wanted and it didn't turn out as planned. Not sure that this incident (first ever in 22 years) means that we (PTP) are bad to do business with. I can definitely understand that you all are disappointed with us.

I recently bought a couple of purple Automag parts from PTP, and Tracy_ptp specifically. While searching for purple parts I stumbled upon her old sales thread, and decided to send a PM rather than resurrect the old thread. I wasn't having high hopes since not only was it an old thread, but Tracy hadn't been logged on for quite some while.

So I was pleasantly surprised when I within less than a day had a reply, and all the purple parts but one was available. A couple of hours later, she had rummaged round and found the last one as well - yay!

Prices were very reasonable for mint condition NIB oop purple parts, and the entire communication and transaction was polite and lightning fast. Personally I have only positive experiences of PTP products in the past, and so far I am happy doing business with them. Since there seems to be differing opinions I will keep updating this post with how shipping went, the quality of the products once they arrive, etc. It might take some while, since I'm shipping them to a friend (I don' live in the U.S.) but the info will get up here. As of now, I wouldn't hesitate doing business with PTP again.

I ordered (no preorder) one of these 2k9 Bodys, EMag Battery Housing, Barrel & some small parts from Tracy.
It took a while only because it was shipped overseas but everything arrived as ordered and was packed sure and safe.
It was a very nice and pleasent transaction and I'm very happy that PTP is still around in a constantly shrinking Paintball World.
Thank you Tracy, thank you Forest, I would be happy doing business with you again!

I bought a 2k9 body, a frame and a barrel from PTP.

The communication was easy and they sent very fast.

On this deal postal services were at their best, and the parcel was returned to the sender (Great thanks to postal services !!!), and although there was not their fault, Forest and Tracy do their best to manage the situation.
As the return took many time, they re-send another parcel without waiting to recieve the first one.

Today my marker is assembled and shooting great.

I hope they will recieve the first parcel soon to recover their parts and send me the only missing part (the foregrip)
