said he would buy it... and i've been holding it for him for a while... then he backed out.. cuz he bought something else.... said he;d buy my reg and minimag body... then he said he don't want reg.... then he kept lowering the price thinking i;d sell him the body for that low... now he wants me to hold it for 5 days... where the hell will it go? everyone thinks he bought it... so noone is making offers

actually just because you think that someone played you wrong doesnt make him a bad trader, if no money was sent them there is nothing wrong, just relist it, ruining someones rep because they backed out is not cool, it happens to everyone, you cant say hes a bad trader because he backed out

i never said bad trader..... i said horrible person.... but we'll see how things turn out.... i had plans.... he didn't think it through and said he would buy it... if you say your gonna buy it.. you buy it.... if he said he was interested...then we talked... then backed out i would let it slide.... i go around and say i'm interested... but then i back out some times.. but when i say i'll buy it i buy don't i cliffio? ask yourself... you had a watch with all these bad scratches and you said slightly scratched. the damn band was scratched up the a$$..... but when i said i'll buy it... i sent the money out the same day.... with rogue and cphillip too i said i'll buy it... i asked them to wait 4 days to get the funds xfered from my paypal account and sent them the money asap....

but things happen, backing out of a deal is not grounds for a bad name, this isnt ebay, ebay is different because bidding is a "legal contract" here there is no such thing, all im saying is that just because a person backs out of a deal is not grounds to throw his name in a bad traders thread or whatever, yes it sucks, but everyone has things happen to them, relist it and move on with your life

they went through this over at pbc as well, if no money was sent and no one gets screwed out of anything then it should not be grounds for mud throwing

i am in no way defending him, i know it sucks ive had it happen lots of time, but your mad at first, but you have to realize its not a big deal

well first i'm not attacking you...... and you said 50 shipped so i threw you 50...i never said anything cuz i'm not a bad sport.... and i didn't want to give you a bad name... even if i did say anything nothing would have happened... i didn't even get a battery in it yet.. so i don't even know if it works or not... you said slightly.... but there are alot of scratches... and it's not form usps.. and i didn't put them there cuz i opened the package and laid the watch on my bookshelf... and i never touch my bookshelf cuz i'm iliterate (lol)... so i never touched the watch. i held it for like 1 minute.... don't take this offensive.... i didn't mean it like that... sorry if it did.... but up for roguefactor and cliffio. there both good traders.... and why the hell do people call me christopher?!?!? on my birth certificate it says chris... which i find amusing... my asian parents didn't know any better but i owe them one... cuz i like chris.. it's my legal name while everyone else is christopher.. so i'm unique.... lol this has gone very random and off topic.... but anyway.. oh up for cphilip... good trader. lol

anyways, all im sayin is it sucks i know, and the people who do it all the time should be pointed out, but like i said, it happens to everyone, if they say they are going to buy it im sure they want to, but sometimes things happen that make them change their minds, is it wrong to change your mind? ive done it, and ive explained what happened to the person and sincerly apolojize, some people get mad, but thats how it goes, i know that i didnt mean to cause them any problems...

I have had a couple guys inwhich we made a deal and said we'd both ship out Tuesday. When Monday comes along they decide it isn't a fair trade and they wan't you to give them more or include lots of cash after a week. Bah

Thanks sig, you really helped me out a lot. I said I would buy it YES. In my stupidity I agreed to buy something without researching. I was later told a regulator on a mag wasn't good. I wanted to still make a deal on the powerfeed but you were unwilling to budge. I am sorry it didnt work out and I already told you that via IM's. I said "sorry it didnt work out" and you said "ya, ok" But I think it is low to give someone bad feedback the day after the offer was made because we couldnt make a good deal. Im 15 and cash flow isn't high so it takes me time to get money, so I value it. Sorry again man.

Army... i said i'd give a discount if you bought both and you backed out of the reg... you said 70 + shipping. for the body.... then you lower it thinking you'd get your way....then you backed out of the discounted 100 and still thought you would get it discounted by the body itself.... we talked.... you said you get a 190 paycheck... well guess what>... i'm 16 and i get a $30 paycheck... a week.... and then i try to get more money selling stuff...
i mean, yeah i work 4-12 hours a week... lol but still... that;s the job... never more hours for me to work... i'd like to work somewhere else for $7.50 at 30 hours a week but my rents don't like that idea.. so i'm stuck with thie crap job.... 4-12 hours a weel at $6.25 + commission averaging $10.00 an hour.. selling stupid yoyo balloons.. to little kids at hersheypark.... and answering stupid questions like... will it pop if you poke it with a needle.. or some little black leroy attmepting to steal one asking if it's free.... then terrorist pakis... walking up to me, saying " omg... for baby... one free.. pleas.e.. you korean you good soccer play..." then they steal one .... when i say no... but i can't flip out cuz they smell i'd get fired.. either way.... then i got moms saying no i'm not buying one for you cuz i'm on wealthfare and i'm cheap... and no they'll pop.... i mean jesus.. there only $3.. just buy your damn kid one.... and he'll be happy

oh and one more thing... i told aussiemike that i would buy his cocker as some of you know....but now that you backed out.... i am having my own money problems and i need $500 but that doesn't mean i'm gonna tell him hey will you do 400? and then back if if he won't... i'll finish what i started and pay it all to him and buy the gun./ just cuz i said i would buy it.. i'll have a hard time getting all the money... but i'll buy it cuz i don't break.... what's that word?? agreements? or whatever...........
