Here is the letter I wrote to his local police:

Dear Sudbury Police Department,

I have been ripped off by a teenager in your town named Phillip Rolfe of 15 Harness Ln. I think talking to his parents would be a good start, hopefully he will return what he has sent.

I sent him an item with money for another item which he never shipped. He then said he'd ship my package back to me after 2 weeks. Over a week goes by and surprise, the package I originally sent him never came. Now, he states that I was the unhonest party in an email. When I talked with him later, he knew that I didn't rip him off since he had delivery confirmation on all the packages. Ofcourse he didn't say that from the start.

Next, he decided to ship me another item similar to the first one. He claims he sent it UPS which is a 2-3 day service. A week later, he decided he would 'call back the package he sent' and send me money instead. Once again, he claims he sent on Monday, priority. Now, 5 days later, once again nothing.

He can provide no proof of shipment and is openly saying there is nothing I can do about it. According to him the only way I can get my money or package back is to sue his parents.

this event culminated in the sudbury police comming to my house, beign shown the shpping recipt along with the delivery comformation slip and leaving.
