He owes me $70 and at this point I'm convinced he has no intention of sending it to me. If he sends me the money I'll delete this post but he'll still be a bad risk. Please read the PM's we sent back and forth. I know it's long but it will spell out the problem without me having to write it all out. The last PM he sent me is the most interesting. I think you might find the proof he says I lack right there.

Sorry, I have just started a new job and I get paid next tuesday, I will send it out next week at the latest by friday. Also I 'm not trying to be a jerk or anything about this but, unfortunatly to prove mail fraud you would need evidence, and without that you would have no case against me. You paid with a money order yes, but I never signed for the reception of the envelope, so essentially you have no proof I ever recived the money.

Sending a messege that I can't prove he got the MO is just nasty. He has sponsers in his sig. I was thinking that if a bunch of people from AO e-mail them and tell them what sort of person is representing them they might put some pressure on him.

He doesn't exactly say that but he does say enough to imply that he was paid. Once again, I encourage everyone to e-mail his sponsers and let them know who's representing them.

I don't know if this situation has been resolved or not, but if you still have the MO reciept, you can check to see if it's been cashed. If it has, you can subpoena the canceled check for evidence. MO's have to be signed to be cashed, so his name would be on it.
