Suicide Machine - BAD TRADER?

I'm going to give him the benefit of the doubt right now and give him some time to respond, but I feel this needs to be out in the open.
As it stands this is what happened with our trade.
Suicide Machine Sending to Me: 68/3k tank hydro 10/01 +30 cash
Me sending to Suicide: Z-grip

Received from Suicide: 68/3k tank BANGED UP and hydro 8/00 NO CASH.

His communication is exceptionally slow. It takes one or two PMs to get a response. I would CAUTION ANY TRADER thinking of doing a trade with him right now.

If he rectifies this situation for me I will let everyone know.

He sent the product as promised. The freak back was in GREAT condition. However, in his email he said:

"yes i have sent out the freak back as soon as i got
your money. it should be of been at you house by now.
if it doen't come in with in by thuresday let me know.
i am sorry that it has taking so long for you to
receve you freak back. i did send it out."

This was written to me on the 18th of October.

The package arrived today, postmarked October 18th. I really don't see how the package would arrive in 6 hours.

If he told the truth about his transactions, he would be a good trader. However, he responds slowly and lies.

I had to resort to threat before getting a real response out of him.

Horrible Trader, this type of guy makes me want to quit trading period. We were sapose to trade at the same time, he didn't he sent the package about a week or more after he got the money, the postmark on the package says so. He lied about including the on/off valve, then he lied and said he sent it. Then he said he would send me 10 bucks, which i never got, so I have to spend 20 bucks to get a new on/off and no telling how much cash i had to spend to try to fix the problems that he created. Either he is very stupid or he is a cheap jerk.
