Pitch black Paintball - Phillip Frerichs - BEWARE!!!!!!!!!!

This did not happen to me, but *almost* happend to my buddy. This guy wanted to buy all 3 of his guns. Glad we went with our gut instinct!

Below is a situation that didnt turn out to well...

    ***************************************

    Hi ya'll

I wanted to let you know that I've just been FRAUDED out of $1200.00 that was not even my money! I'm in SERIOUS trouble and am not asking for help financially, but am telling you a story so that maybe you can help me track down the mother****er who did this.

    His name is: Phillip Frerichs
His company is: Pitch black Paintball
    His address is: 130 NW 17st #7
    Oklahoma City, Oklahoma 73103-3442

He was the operator of a paintball shop that seemed to be VERY legitimate. He sent me all his business forms and everything! The government had nothing on him, he seemed to be a strong business man who was going help me move some product. As a test of good faith, I sent him, overnight a paintball marker that he was going to sell for me. He stated he had sold it and the money was to be wired to me ASAP. That was this morning. At 6:00 tonight PST, after realizing that the money had NOT been wired to my account, I tried desperately to call him. With no answer, I called ever 15min until finally somebody answered the phone. It was a gentlemen by the name of Micheal Montgomery who proceeded to tell me that the paintball shop was entirely a fraud! He told me some other interesting things, IE: Phillip is wanted all over the US for Fraud! He has been doing this sort of thing for years! I truly wish I had been on top of things and gotten on his case BEFORE I sent him anything.

Anyhow, I'm going to discuss this fraud with the store that I bought the marker at insurance company and see if we can settle this out. I'm crossing my fingers that I won't have to pay for the damages as much as they are worth, but we'll just have to see. I'm certainly glad that it was only ONE single item.

If you have any suggestions, please let me know!

Is there a way a mod can make this a sticky. This guy wasnt the average joe. He had papers and everything, obviously hes spent some time on this so the least we can do is honor him by making it a sticky.

    What ya say?
