whats the best way to make a transaciton online without being ripped off. this is my first tiome trying to make a trade online and i don't wannna get my money stolen form me

Alright. Make them ship first. After they ship, make them send you proof of their shipment (There will be a shipping code, for example, that you could have them give you.) You could then do either of these:
1. Wait for their item to arrive before you ship. This will require a great deal of trust from the other trader.
2. Ship after you get their proof. Normally, if they are willing to give you proof, I would say that they are not planning to rip you off.
Also, make them give you their address, name, and phone number. If they do rip you off, go to their house, wait in their bushes (or shrubberies if they have them), and then ambush them like a ninja in the dark. Hi-ya.
