i give him an A+ though we didn't exactly do a transaction we were talking about one but it was pending when we started to talk and ended up being sold, to the right person the other guy had first dibs. props for being fair on how he does his business also more props for being fast with his replies and updates on whether or not he still had it. thanks again for being fast and honest.
