this is strange, some peoples transactions with this guy run fine. some get refunds, and some are out money. its so inconsistanct that it seems almost as if he's just a guy that has really bad communication habits and business skills and not trying to rip people off. on the other hand, i am out nearly $100 to this guy in parts i've sent him and his last email to me said i'd have my parts by the 14th of april. take a guess if i got them back. also, just like everyone here, there have been no replys to my constant emails and pm's. anyway, i was wondering if anyone is going to take up some kind of action against this guy. i have saved all his emails and pm's including addresses, and before i go through all the work to do something about it i want to know if anyone else was on board.

Wake up - this is a feedback thread. The guy is a crook. It doesn't matter if he stole 5 of $5555 dollars. The purpose of this thread is to let people know. I never understand the bleeding hearts - the guy made his bed, why is it so hard for you to let him lie in it?

Oh, as an update it looks like his original thread was deleted. I doubt a mod removed it. That means that he's been back at least once to pull it down - as the only person (aside from the mods) who can delete the thread is the original poster.

I still have seen or heard nothing on my automag in almost a month. If anyone has any suggestions on how to proceed, let me know. I really just want my automag back, but I'll do whatever I can to keep anymore people from getting ripped off.

Some of you know that I have a real adversion to doing this, but it has been too long now and I am out a sniperII custom SC marker and a sluggo body, as well as much time and effort trying to recover. I hope that I will eventually recover my gear, but hold little hope that it will happen very soon.

I really feel like you "used" me and took advantage of my generosity and trusting nature. That was not only directed towards myself, but because I tried to stick up for you "in your time of trouble/need", I am afraid that I may have pursuaded others to come to you for a time, as well.

surprise package came from teh UPS man today!
Recieved my sniper (SC) and teh blank slug-body I sent in payment for millwork/ano-job that was to be done on my sniper.

Issues:
* The barrel is some generic barrel, and not the JJ I sent.
* The back block and bolt are not teh ones sent. I sent a standard big-chunk block (original) and it had a lightning bolt, now I have some taso block and weird venturi bolt (bah)
* cocking rod missing altogether (who knows what else is missing/ruined internally).

Thank you John Macky (name on the UPS box) for returning this equipment. I appreciate the attempt at restitution. However, I now know that I was LIED to. One of the final communications I had from you said that the milling was complete on the sniper body and that you were waiting for the slug-body for payment. you were asking me about getting it ano'd as well.

Well, it seems that there was NO milling done to this body, and now I have a NON-functioning sniper, that prior to sending to you was just back from PPS for a complete "sleeper" rebuild for ultimate performance. now I have a pile of parts.
