I sold a guy named Jed Smart a 120 Ci 3000psi Nitro Duck tank that needed hydro. He sent me a personal check of 120$. I cashed it first to make sure, then i sent him the tank.. Today i went to the bank to cash more money orders and such, and i get notice that the 120$ check he sent "bounced"... so now i am really pissed, they took the 120$ out of my account to... well, i dont really know what to do... he lives in Mt Vernon, Washington ... someone please help
