I needed a fireblade trigger, and he volunteered to add one to his order from Coolhand for me, just to save me the ridiculous shipping charges that coolhand charged. He went out of his way to communicate with me the whole time we waited for the order, and once it was in, he shipped it right out to me.

Now, the real kicked is that he charged me NOTHING extra for the trigger. Thats right, he went though all that trouble of ordering it, keeping in touch with me, and mailing it out to me, and didn't charge me any more than the trigger cost. If that isn't an indicator of a good trader, I don't know what is. I can't wait for the day I need to buy something from him, and I know I can count on excellent communication and service.
