    UThomas feedback

Before I bought the Max Flo tank I asked if it was "FULLY OPPERATIONAL" and he said it was. When I go get it filled it leaked out the regulator. After the leak was fixed, The store couldn't fill it all the way. I took it the the paintball field and they also couldn't fill it. Took it to another paintball store and the guy took off the fill nipple and realized that there was a wrong part in the fill nipple. I bought the right part, put it in and after spending more $ on a messed up regulator, It works now.

I would definently not buy from him because he can't be trusted. He will argue against what I said but don't listen to him, a wrong part is a wrong part.
    I'll never grow up...

I sent you a fully working max flo and gave you a good deal on it. I have the reciept for the 2 month old fill nipple which was on there which I would have scanned and sent to you if you told me ahead of time. How do you have the wrong part on a 2 piece fill nipple? That is baloney. I could have provided you all this info if you had given me a chance, in fact you had both my home and office phone numbers and e-mail. I have been in constant contact with you, I have not at any point been unavailable or blown you off, I provided you digital pictures of the tank, a tracking number the day it sent, etc.

If you got ripped off at the field or don't know how to adjust the max flo then that is your issue because you didn't even try to contact me until weeks after you spent the money to "repair" it. Then you e-mail me demanding that I pay you this money when for all I know you dropped the thing when you took it out of the box.

Why don't you explain to everyone the leak, which was really venting out of the over pressure cap because you turned it up wrong? Then you drop $55 (!) to fix it and blame me because your shop ripped you off when an o-ring kit is like $15. Give me a break. I wish it had worked great for you; I don't have the time to rip off some 14 year old for $110 on a used max flo.

Thomas and I had a disagreement about the condition of an X-mag that I purchased. However, he proposed a resolution that was both reasonable and fair, and for that I am very appreciative. I wish him the best!
