Positive Feedback on Tunaman
For anyone interested having a marker built from the ground up, we highly recommend Tunaman for the job. In our case we ordered an AGD E-Mag with X-Valve and Flatline 4500/88ci from Tunaman. He is a great communicator, provided us with email photos showing his progress and in the end we received a product that was packaged well. We opened the box, aired up the Flatline 4500/88ci and the TunaMag worked flawlessly. Next day after delivery my son placed the TunaMag in storage and pursued other interests. Several months passed and eventually the weather cooled down here in Southeast Texas. My son and his buddies decided to get back into painball. Then when trying to charge the battery (for the first time)we noticed we did not have (or know about) a AGD Charger-Adapter that fitted to top of Emag battery. I fabricated an adapter out of Basswood for temporary charger use and then I contacted Tunaman about this issue. He sent us the AGD Charger-Adapter without charge to remedy the problem. Tunaman went out of his way making sure the customer was satisfied when in fact he did not have to after all this time. We should have noted the part missing at the time of delivery. We want to say thank you Tunaman, you are a first class guy, we appreciate your help and wish you all the best!
