bought a 68 4500 dynaflow from him for below wholesale value. i told him i was using money order and he held one of the last few tanks for me. he said he didnt recieve the money order for a while and i was afraid he was a scammer, but the day the tank arrived he said that he didnt know my screen name belong to the order and had no way to contact me which was my fault! he skimped out on the bubble wrap and peanuts tho.

Hes really nice, and he sold me a great tank for very cheap. i hope i can get some more bargains form him in the future.
