Okay I had an absolutely wonderful dealing with BigEvil. I had a valve that I could not fix no matter what I tried to do. I replaced every o-ring, tried other parts and still leaks. Even praying to the elves didn't help. BigEvil was like Santa Clause coming to the rescue and granting my wish for a non leaking valve. Despite the angry nature of the valve he overcame all the problems and fixed the leaks. All the while he maintained constant contact and updated me every time there was an issue. He responded quickly to messages and got the work done in a timely fashion. I will definately be sending all my mag tech issue to him in the future. Do not hesitate to deal with and do not hesitate to trust your fine tuning to this "master" technician!
