Ah well, I have not received my marker either, and it's been about a month since I last heard from him Aug.24.07. Put in a claim to Paypal today. Waiting for a final resolution before putting in final feedback. A bit disappointed.
p.s. Finally got my marker on Oct 15, 07. Not too pleased that it took so long, but glad the marker is here. I'm going to give a neutral feedback. It could have been handled a little bit better, but at least Maglover728 made the effort to correct the situation once we were able to get a hold of him.

Paid for marker in full on 7/15 was told it would ship out the following saturday USPS Priority w/tracking number. Have not heard from him sinse 7/18 (even though he was on this and other sites until 7/30, he decided to ignore my messages)
I have filed a claim with paypal which was in my favor, unfortunately maglover728 has emptied his account. So, I am as well as many others are sh*t out of luck until they can reach him. My claim is however not as much as others, which I feel bad for.
I did talk with his father. His father has not heard from him in 3 weeks, he is also on everyones side that he has ripped off, he said "I didnt raise him this way". Another thing, maglover728 has not been in the Navy for over a year (others have stated him getting out of the Navy could have something to do with whats going on), that came directly from his father. His father also did not mention anything about car trouble, I would think if he had "car trouble" he would call his parents for some help.
So, he ripped us off and emptied his account. Sounds like he planned this.
This is a very unfortunate incident, as pissed off as I am I do hope everything is ok with him.Comment
