iam posting this feedback in regards of a current buy that has hit a brick wall. Last November (11/06) I conducted a trade with this fellow going by the screen name "zackzel" for a X-mag that he had. I paid fully upfront all $900 for the maker through paypal. currently at the time the marker was at tunaman's shop being reanno'ed. but was suppose to be done and shiped to me within a month. It never showed up, so i contacted zackel abotu the situation and he had no idea why the hold up was. after contacting tuna about it, he informed me that the X-mag IS at his shop and its been striped ready for reanno. But the thing was, apparently zackzel did not finish paying for the job. So it was just sitting on one of tuna's shelves waiting for the rest of payment. After finding this out i then contacted zackzel and informed him of this. He told me that he will take care of this and that it will be fixed. well i waited till end of april for this marker (because of life situations at the time were needing my full attention). I then contacted zackzel about the problem. The anno still wasnt taken care of, I then made the deal that i would take care of the anno job. We agreed on that, and he sent back $150 of the original $900 payment so that I could take care of the anno. So once that was taken care of, i requested that the X-mag be sent to me in its current unanno'ed state. This he said he would do. I contiued to wait till the month of end of june/ begining of july. i again contacted zackzel about the situation and asked what was the hold up. come to find out, the X-mag was holding a FRIED board. This i also learned after contacting tuna again trying to figure out what was going on. ONCE AGAIN i contacted zackzel abotu this new up date in situation. he responed that he forgot about that and again would takie care of the problem. So again i went back to waiting till the mid of september. I contacted him again this time just asking for my money back because he was not doing anything to fix the situation. he contacted me back saying he did not have the $750 and could not get it for awhile. So i then just went back to requesting the X-mag. That is the last of the communication i have been able to do with him. since that last contact he has been ignoring me.

SO i just want to let the AO cummunity know how he does business. I have done business with him in the past which were always turned out great. but now, he has taken a turn for the worse. so be warned and watch your trade with this AO'er!
