I have never ever shortaged ANYONE the money agreed upon because no one wants to deal with that, and it is theft beyond reason. He continues to sell and buy things and cant pay me $30? he just bought a new shocker.. I wonder how much that cost? I wouldnt doubt that he already sold it!

he owes me 50 dollars and I thought we worked something out but he consistently fails to do so.

I seen someone else on here thinks the action figure should be banned and I believe he should because he has not payed me.

I had this convo saved to my computer, and I don't suggest anyone do business with him.

Chill out Shank, maybe you need to pop some prozac or something, couple of oxycontins. Your guage broke, after you sold him a tank and now he's mad. But take a look around, a lotta ppl get screwed and they dont go PUBLIC with it.

Sure, hes got the cash, but, for example, if you buy a car, and then it breaks, but you still have payments on it, do you really want to keep paying for a broken car? Just ask for your tank back and give him back whatever he traded you. If you sold him a tank for 50, and its the tank im thinking of (centerflag 68-4500) then you are stupid and deserve to not get your money.

Stop whining and get on with your life

I didn't read the thread, but The Action Figure (then known as Gideon 1331) screwed me out of $35 probably, oh, a year ago. I posted so in his feedback thread and he did nothing but lead me around in circles, he still continues to trade and yes, It does piss me off severely, but what can I do, I would never trade with him or reccomend anyone else do so, obviously. Still short $35. GRRRR.

Just so we're all aware, if he didn't realize the tank was broken when he made the deal he can not be held at fault. Should you not be happy with the tank you are able to return it for your money back. You are NOT however allowed to change the terms of the deal because of it. By not giving him the amount of money you agreed upon you are actually breaking the law. You entered into a contract with him when you agreed to buy his tank for X amount of dollars. Should you not hold up to your end of the contract...well you're in a lot more trouble than just a bad gauge my friend. This is the law talking not me. If you see I said something false please let me know. Oh and by the way shank. It's people like you that bother me. It's not whining. He made a deal for a said amount of money. The deal was accepted. He gets that amount or he gets the tank back. That's the law, that's the way it's always been. Everyone is entitled to their opinion. Some just may not be right sometimes (if that's offensive i'm sorry, it wasn't meant to be)......

However, judging from his statements he did know it was broken and represented as in good condition, used 3 or 4 times since reg replacement or some such. As such he has not honestly represented it and at least morally is wrong. Legally failure to disclose a known flaw may make that verbal contract non-binding, especially when it was represented as being in good condtion - ie no known flaws. As for the amount of trouble either of them are in - I doubt either is over 18 (judging by the whining I am seeing) and enforcement of a contract is legally extremely hard in that case.

Touche . I re-read the first post and it does seem as if he knew it to be broken, however I did not read the actual thread where he was selling it, so I don't know exactly what he said about it. Although some states (I'm told ) allow people younger than 18 enter into contracts with others. In any case someone did something wrong.....
