On September 15th I paid him 109 US$, that was the day he accepted my order for one air-through stock.
Several weeks later I had to read from a post of him on MCB that 19 packages were returned. Only after asking him by email several times, did he tell me on October 12th that my package was also returned to him, but that he had . After waiting for several weeks and it not showing up, I asked him for a tracking code. It turns out that the code he gave me was not a tracking code, but a shipping label, merely telling that a package was offered for pick up from his address, not even that it had been accepted.
In the weeks that followed, I asked several times where my package was. He often didn't reply to my messages. Finally, I posted a reply to the air through stock thread on MCB. Now he suddenly did respond, saying that he would have USPS track it. A couple of weeks passed, and I asked again via email and in that thread where my package was. Nothing. Then I asked in November what the alternative was, and he responded with an insurance claim and a refund. I told him that I'd like my refund and that he could paypal it. Now things got ugly, because he accused me of not having wanted to insure the package and having asked him to write gift on it. I posted the original order message, in which I clearly did not ask him to write gift or not insure it. Shortly after posting that proof, he erased his accusation message, and my messages as well, and locked the thread.
Halfway through December Noxx55 sent me a private message telling me that he would refund me once the insurance claim was paid. Funny that, since he had just accused me of not having wanted insurance on that package. That means that very likely there is no insurance, and everything said after that looks like he was stalling for time.
He got me there, since we now it's too late for me to have PayPal book my money back.
Now it's February 1st. It has been over six weeks since he wrote that message, and although I have sent him several PM's with a read request(so I could see that he has read them) and several emails, I haven't heard from him since. I could see that he is still online on MCB, but he simply refuses to answer to my messages or pay me my money. Looks like I am out of 109 dollars.
Horrible communication, several unkept promises, false accusations and my money is gone:
