So, we got the new flow jet in, and its impressive to say the least. It can cut any material up to 8" thick with tighter tolerances than you can imagine. The new waterjets arent like the old ones. Its a garnet-water combo, coming out of a hole a few thousands of and inch at 60,000 psi that lets us cut anything and in a fraction of the time as any other method. Any 2-D shape you want cut we can do it. Just send the design you want, we give you a price for material and cut time, and your product is on its way. The company name is T.C. i have a question about it can the depth of cut be varried or is it one of those deals hole or no hole yr choice, ive done a lil research on it just not 100% sure on that

Sorry. Doesn't depth carve, can cut anything any shape, and with insane precision. Would be ideal for cutting trigger frame blanks that would have to be further milled and tapped, or grip panels. Things of that sort.

For instance, right now I'm cutting about 1,300 rip drive discs out of a 4' x 8' sheet of black plexi. The cost of the plexi is about 200, and the cutting is another 250, but charge an average of $8 per disc, and you're netting about $9,950. Not bad eh?
