AO: We are back from the dead... again! After an 18 day outage, we are finally alive and well. Who knew how complicated updating software/databases from 2008 would be. I still have alot of tweaks to make, but my main goal was getting everything patched and updated to 2026.
Vbulletin 6 has changed alot since 2008 so we will have a ton of new features to dig into.
Please call me and email me a photo of the finished frames ready to ship. If I do not receive a call and photos within 3 business days I will contact your local authorities and other consumer protection agencies that deal with consumer fraud. I am disappointed that you have allowed things to come to this point. I hope you will do the right thing.

I did a little investigating,
you can still sue for "BREACH OF CONTRACT" as the shipping date for the product has long passed, to date no evidence has been offered to verify the claims made by the G-Force Representative.
and the agreement to purchase whether verbal, written or electronic constitutes a contract;
as a legally binding agreement should either party not fulfill their obligations in the agreed upon amount of time the Plaintive has the right to third party arbitration, products or monies agreed upon in said contract and restitution / punitive damages.
so the question is, who is pissed off enough to take action, or who has a lawyer on retainer / in the family?

This project has been ongoing for some time now and after so long it seemed we were about to finaly get our frames, however it appears not one has shipped yet as no one has reproted recieving anyhting or a tracking number. This leads me to believe this is yet another lie to customers that have put faith in you.
Ive been very nice and more than patient over the past few months, I am now asking to see a final picture, or proof these frames are done and being shiped even if mine is not yet.
I promise i will also be doing my best to make sure and let any of gforces possible customers in paintball and other are well aware of how this company sees fit to treat customers and conduct its "business"
please send me and others what is rightfully ours, I expect a phone call or return E-mail within 3 business days.
If i ahve recieved no responce within 5 business days i will contact local authorities and anyone that handles business related issues or consumer fraud in your area.
