Outta curiosity whats the advantage or difference between using the MSV-1 vs the MSV-2? My guess it that running the MSV-1 allows for a shorter trigger pull in exchange for increased force required. To compensate Garf added an extender unto the sear so that the sear could be tripped at lower pressure? So in theory if you could lower the pressure into his frame low enough so that the pull force was equivalent to a MSV-2 frame it would be a faster frame by virtue of having a shorting trigger pull? Am I right or what am I missing?

The msv-2 is a msv-1 with a slight change to the body to mount an additional lever arm.
The msv-2 is common in DIY pneumags since most people place the ram high in the frame, there is little area in the top of the frame to place the 3 way. The msv-2's lever arm allows it to be mounted lower, and actuated by the lower portion of the trigger while still maintaining a light pull, because your depressing on the arm not directly on the pin.Comment

I'd say thats pretty darn close.... As for faster, well that all depends on the person (As always)Originally posted by MiltonyzOutta curiosity whats the advantage or difference between using the MSV-1 vs the MSV-2? Although it's certainly easier to pull faster on a frame with a lighter and/or shorter pull. That's going to be true for someone with slow or fast fingers.Originally posted by cyberave68I'd say thats pretty darn close.... As for faster, well that all depends on the person (As always)Comment

i disagree....i personally can fire faster when the trigger is somewhat in the middle...not too short and not very long.Originally posted by warbeak2099Although it's certainly easier to pull faster on a frame with a lighter and/or shorter pull. I really think this is a personal opinion subject and their is no " BETTER" way
If nobody post the specs i could do up a SW file of the searComment

Micro LPR update
For those that had custom aftermarket grips panels, make sure that both sides of the same machined pocket depth. The micro LPR is going to need all that space.
I need to remachine the high pressure portion of the lpr. It seems that the wall thickness is too thin as a safety precaution.
also a special tool will be made and supplied so that it is easier to reach and adjust the pressure set screw.

Yea I know cyber and Jay made sure the pockets are milled on both grips. They're making the grips identical internally to yours.Comment

One day short of a TWO week update. But like YOU said you will update WEEKLY. Way to go, again, still.Originally posted by G-Force Tech[03-17-2009, 12:41 AM ]For those that had custom aftermarket grips panels, make sure that both sides of the same machined pocket depth. I am doing more testing this weekend on the remachined parts. I give you guys an update next Monday.

LPR is not working as well as I want it to.
Few things that may need to be changed. I will have to get new springs packs made up with lighter ratings. If I need to increase body of the LPR slightly, I will mill new grips panels with slightly deeper pockets. The ones you currently have now may not work if I need to increase the LPR width slightly.
I"ll keep you guys posted once I get the new springs later this week so I can retest.

LPR update
Giving you guys another update. Finish putting a case and a half through the LPR. I had to shim the the larger spring pack as it was too short. I will order the custom made springs with ground ends and longer lengths so shims won't be needed now that I know the springs are working now with the right length.
Need to finish milling the expanded chamber part of the LPR for another test.

Thanks for the update. Although I hope the reg body doesn't need to be bigger. That will mean jay and cyberrave's grips won't fit
