The LPRs still needs additional milling, and other opperations.
This is not a full production run where previous versions were already produced and it is a matter of setting up the mill and loading up the tools and push the start button. There are more parts to make for the LPR than the frame.
This is a full sized LPR that is being stuffed into a grip cavity that people are using ticklers.
This weekend the air input M3 barb fitting was tapped but the recess had to be bored to make sure the 1/8 LPR hose won't get kinked over time and pinch off the air supply. That simple operation took half a day on a milling center.
And yes, anodizing is needed to keep the aluminum from oxidizing over time. You will wear out the piston bore if it is raw aluminum. The customers for these LPRs expect the best in workmanship and performance and thats what they will get.
The frames undergone very long hours of milling with the same reason so that even though it is a small run, it would perform flawless as if I made thousands. If I need to re-run the frames, they would take only a week now for a full run.
I want the LPRs to perform with reliability and performance as the frames.

Sear extender tip
Replace the metal 8-32 setscrew with a nylon 8-32 screw to eliminate the marking on the sear extender.
I used a 8-32 x 1/2in nylon screw. Cut it down to 5/16 in length. I use a dremel to put a small slot on one end to allow for a slotted screw driver to adjust the backstop point. I found certain nylon screws fit tighter than others so thread locker is not needed.
If these were available at the time we make the frames I would have included in the frame.
This should end the pitting of the sear extenders and clicking sounds.

Will there be any of these LPR's for purchase when you are done with them ?
I would think you'd have a decent market for a good quality mini LPR with the new "pneu ready" frame Tunaman is going to be selling.
Just saying.

I have made up some spares for warranty purposes. It will depend on the response and how the G-Force frame owners like them.
This is not exactly a mini LPR. It is a full size LPR shrinked to fit. The grip panels needs to be pocketed in order for it to be used. Because of tight fit, I had to make up a special sideways hex key to adjust it.
