Is there any plans to directly produce something with AGD? -Sam
Hey that's a great idea. I'd also like to know the answer.

We are working on offering a pre-drilled on/off ASA with air bleed to make it easier for everyone to migrate to the internal LPR version. If this is a go, we will announce it.

As for drilling, LK-13 is right about marking the spot for drilling to prevent the drill bit from wandering. Only a single tiny hole is require 1/16 bit needed. Just plain water is fine since you are drilling only 1/8" deep. Keep the alum bits from overheating and the alum sticking to the drill bit.

Use a pilot drill if possible. If cutting into a surface at an angle i generally just use an endmil the same diameter as the hole to level off the drill bit's engagement surface - then you don't get bit wander on the slope.

WD-40 or even a few drops of autolube will provide a great cut in a pinch.
I keep a spare bottle of Autolube in arms reach for just that reason.

          Mr Pneumagger,

When the frames start to ship, I will provide the drilling details to you and other airsmiths that need it to perform the drilling. Yes a center drill is required to start the spot. but only a 1/16" drill is needed for the air passage.

Only the air bleed type of ASA will need an adaptor which we will make available.

Interesting that brings up some speculation as to why, fair enough, thank you though, for what you are making as of now on your own.

Any word on how long the preorder will last? Be nice to have a couple more paychecks between me and an empty bank account before I order this.

Both videos have the 0.2mm trigger pull on the pre-production frames, an improvement over the the earlier prototypes which 0.5mm instead.
To show how light the trigger pull was, firing was done with a McDonalds milkshake straw.
We had a minor leak after retuning the Level 10 but was cleared up after several shots.
