i understand his excuse for wanting a good product and once he places things in the frame they are stuck that way but he really needs to make an executive decision here and bite the bullet for better or worse.

OK, I gotta chime in as someone who played devil's advocate several times in this thread in order to encourage people to give Garf a little breathing room.

Garf, when you finally posted again the first thing you said should have been an apology, not an accusation. I don't understand how you could not understand that people are ticked that they waited for six extra months while you sat on their money and repeatedly told them that the delivery date was just around the corner. Nevermind the fact that you neglected to post so much as a low res photo of a bunch of frames lined up waiting for ano. I would count on people coming after me if I'd sat on their cash that long. You should have, too, and you should sure as hell count on people not playing nice anymore when you neglect to post any updates and don't come off as the least bit apologetic for the lack of updates or the inaccuracy of the scant few you posted.

I don't say it often, but I regret giving you the benefit of the doubt. I'd like to take this opportunity to do what you didn't and apologize to everyone in this preorder. I was wrong, and it turns out some people just don't deserve the benefit of the doubt and need someone to ride their butt every single day they're late.

Call paypal, call your CC company. I don't have time to call Garf. I sit in front of a computer for 11 hrs a day so I use the net. Besides if I call all I get are excuses and whining "why is everyone out to get me". I'm done. He has officially gotten on my bad side. NOT a good place to be.

Unfortunately if you pre-paid 7 months ago, paypal and your CC company won't do crap... I believe there is a time frame for complaints and with paypal even if you lodged a complaint in time but the seller ran out of money or has no money, they won't refund you (in the paypal contract) and if you use your CC to get paypal to refund, paypal will serve you legal papers to get the money back (in the paypal contract)... I pre-paid for car parts and am out of $1000 because of false promises...

Garf sent me an email the other night asking if I wanted my frame shipped without the internal LPR "now" or if I wanted to wait and have it all shipped together "later". I told him I expected it all to ship together, complete and in working order "now" the same time as all the other frames ship. Especially since he asked us the same thing 2 months ago.

Still no pics of course.

Well I just lost all the saved emails I had on record in my computer since it decided to die on me.

Hope they just use the last 2 confirmation address letters I gave them and ship it out.
