No need to re-read. My way needs an allen key. I stated that I hope whatever gforce does does not.

Drill a hole into the frame right in front of the thumb screw so you can just slip your 1/8 allen key into the hole to manually disengage the sear.

This has been done by GA Devil on his Devil Mag conversions and I really enjoy that little feature.
      Hyperframe's had them too.

Yea I've got that on my LCE frame from Luke. Another reason he's the man.

I'll be using this frame with a classic valve so the chrono deal doesn't matter to me. Although if I choose to use an RT style valve in the future, I will greatly appreciate this feature. As long as the modification doesn't take TOO LONG!!!

hes got til the 15th til i ask for my $ back for breaking agreement.

till then im trying to relax.

i am becoming more worried by each day though, i mean they just NOW thought about the sear release? this is something thats been common knowledge for 5+ years now.

I know if they are going to make frames for other markers this is not a very promisng start and will lead to poor sales in the future.

Garf- I don't care about a sear release. I will drill my own damn hole. Please send me my frame so that I have it in time for the AO SoCal meet on January 19th.

I want this frame,.. straight out.

I get what your poking at Rabid,.. but the whole PTP/DW thing is FAR from this way as of now.

I was on the TAG E-Mag board pre-order for,.. hmm,.. I got off it December of 2007,.. so someone do the math..... it was a long time.

Im in to wait things out,.. I think there is alot to be pacient about.

                  But,.... I will say this.

Ive already drafted a letter to the Better Business Bureau and documented the paper trail for this project.

I have faith in Garf, and I intend to be fair. But I outright REFUSE to let the PTP/DW/Devils Den/TAG shindig happen to the AO again.

Im tired of it, were tired of it,.. someone has to make an example of someone at some point. That thing with the Devil Mag,.... I WISH I was on the order for that!

I hope Garf follows through and produces something he believes we as customers deserve.

If I have to wait, I'll wait. But that time of waiting is not a year,... you can bet your paycheck on that!

                    Hey Guys,
I know that these delays are frustrating, but anyone in business knows that you always want to meet an aggressive date in order to beat others to the market and please the consumers. The problem is that inevitably there are always delays, and that leads to the frustration we are seeing here. I know that especially in the past with the whole TAG incident as well as others that we all get on edge easy. The fact that Garth has kept in touch with us and is updating us leads me to believe that he is working hard to try to get this to us and he is not "taking the money and running". I say we be patient for a time more and not worry as long as these guys keep us updated. At the same time, there has to be a limit on how much time until they follow through.

We can't expect Garth to be in here answering every question and every post because he does have to be working to get these frames out. I don't want to worry anyone but I ordered one over the weekend and the expected shipping date was the second week of February, but that may just be because I'm at the back of the line. I hope that's not a sign of the new shipping time or else hopefully Garth will give us that update himself.

Maybe just an expected timeframe for when these are supposed to go to anno and then the lead time to shipping would help.

So far it looks like my $ and time are better spent on other projects rather than waiting for a beta version pneu frame to magically never happen. If and when they do come out and people love them and there are no problems I will expect them to be worth doing on a regular basis and becoming a stock item.

Otherwise I don't want to put my faith into a project that apparently breaks people and their production capability.

I cant honestly say that. I was seriously thinking about getting one.
But too many other projects and bills are already simmering.
Honestly I hope all 3 pneu frame patent holders come out with one.

Amen. Until the phoenix stuff came up I was seriously thinking about getting one for my micromag (either my 2000 body or the new one coming out)

I'd still love to get one, but too many ideas and too little $$ has left this one on the back burner for me (and at this point my bank account is kind of glad it has)

Some posts were removed. If yours was one, be warned. If it wasnt be warned anyway.

Keep it on topic and dont be disruptive. Asking questions is a good way to start. If you dont get answers here or there are no replys from Garth or you cant make contact in some way then feel free to make YOUR own thread and it WILL get the same respect.

                          Think before you post.

i saw the AO mod team post and was gonna come in swinging, i dont think anything of mine was deleted or altered so....yeah

I spoke with garf and he basicly said among other things "they are still being worked on"

more of the same i guess, i did send some follow up questions that hopefuly are answered to my satisfaction.

Don't worry yall, these things take time when making something for the first time. We will get our frames, just be patient. It's not even the spring season yet....I just hope we get them by the start of the spring season.
