Software called AVRDUDE should do the job on Mac OS X.

If anyone does successfully do it on a mac please let me know ASAP so I can claim that in my auction. Also if whoever does get it would be willing to take some screen shots and send them to me so others can see what it looks like... It would be great if I could add that to my manual too.

Server went down... It's been up for a while now. I was going through a friend(free) for the hosting and now it's with godaddy... hopefully since godaddy is a much larger company I won't ever have that problem again.

and also I have a hole bunch of programmers packaged and ready to ship!
