          read the first post
Dallara body and rail machining and buffing/polishing services run $160. You supply the Slug body only.

i dont need the rail hence the question, sorry if i wasnt specific enough, and the raw question was because i was wondering what the difference in price would be if they didnt have to polish it, but it prob wouldnt be worth it to do it myself or have the anno guy do it.

so basically what i want to know is what is the price for just the body milling no rail needed, i have a dallara rail already. thanks

Major updates! I just got about 7 more body kits finished, and emails were sent out. If you have sent in your slug over 3 month ago, you should have an email from me.

Also, Shane Chapman please contact me, your email that I have on file for you is bouncing.

Effective immediately, ALL DW mag body machining services will double in price. This includes machining and ULE. Shipping will stay at $10.

Yep. sorry. I simply do not have the time to dedicate to this like I used to.
Time frame will still be around 3 months turnaround.

If you already have a slug in to me, do not worry, I will honor the prices I quoted for you.
Any new slugs sent in to be machined into a Karta or Dallara, postage dated on 12/03/07 or later, will have the new prices applied.

I am of the opinion that my slug body purchase was now a mistake!

I have been milling AGD slug bodies since AGD first started making them, since 2002. I have made our body machining services available for 5 years, as long as the slugs were available. It was either go up in price, or stop offering the service completely. No product has an indefinite lifespan.

It is inevitable that I will stop offering the service at some point, probably in a few more months.
                            So your options are--
have bought one in the last 5 years at the original cost,
buy one now at a higher cost, or
keep waiting and not be able to buy one at all.

And ofcourse, no one is forcing you to buy anything..
