Im just wondering...but are the tool marks on the front and rear..looks like someone hit it with metal are those from cutting the grooves?

sometimes its just from the milling bit. It should get cleaned up in the ano process if you go that route

Just Got my pump Kit this morning. A little late (not your Fault). Just got back from Camp Shelby MI, for Army Training.

You Did FINE work. Now to convert one Mag to Pump.
