Now that I'm taking a closer look, I'm really curious about these holes on the bottom. Is that for mounting additional stuff? Or is it just a weight reduction trick?

it is for mounting things like a fore grip or RIS rail

As it stands i am just doing the kits, I might do a complete rail, I am not going to do any pump milling to anyones rail or bodies sorry guys I do not have the time

as these are I have a few of them but they weigh roughly 9 oz they do not have all that milling in them like the others do. I might be able to lighten it up a little but I will have to look at it again do to the outer milling .

yeah I would prefer to still keep the weight down. if you have to make the outer milling shallow-er so you can still mill the inside that works for me.
