Offering my printing services to AO

I have offered my services to a few AOers in the past, but I thought I would go ahead and offer it to the dealers here on AO. I own a print shop and have my own wide format ecosolvent printer and commercial heat press allowing us to do everything listed below in house.

Banners of any size with a maximum height of 4' but any length (longest I have made so far is 32' long). These will be printed directly onto the banner so anything can go on them and they will come with grommets installed.

Tshirts, I can do anything from solid color letters and designs to full color logos or pictures on the shirts. We can do shirts of any size and material, anything from tshirts, polo shirts, etc. I haven't found a good place for jerseys yet, but when I do I will offer that here as well. (minimum order of 10 shirts, any size)

Stickers, again, these will be full color printed with anything you want on it. (Minimum order of 40 stickers)

If you supply your own artwork, there will be no design charge, if I come up with the design, there will be a $25 charge. Please post or PM me with what you want and I will give you a quote.

the higher the resolution the better my printer will output. I can print up to 1400x1400 dpi but if you are going to create a file that big, you will need to send it to me on a cd or dvd becuse my mail box wont handle it anything that large. For the best quality, I would recomend working above 300 dpi. Colors do not matter, but working in cmyk will ensure that my output will be exactly the way you want it (I will still send a proof either way before I print). As far as shapes, I can do any shapes, if we get into a irregular shaped sticker that will take a lot of time to weed, I will have to charge extra, but most cases this isnt a problem.

the stickers i would be looking at wouldnt really require heavy weeding, more of a solid irregular shape, our original design was done in an RGB pallet with some shaded fills and color fades.

most likely in the 2-3" diameter range... but we would want several different runs done. Once i get to my files i will send u a sample of what we are wanting.

I do have a full color banner that i would like to see at 4'x6' or 4'x8'... do you have an estimated cost range?

similarly i need couple full color 100% coverage 6"x8" sign type things which could be sticker or banner... but these would be predominately outside and subject to year round weather conditions, how well would your printings hold up? or are they meant mostly for indoor/limited outdoor use?
