thats a good question i personally wouldnt mind finding that out myself, i spoke with Tracy a while back to see what all I can pry away from them so we can kind of get an idea on whats to be expected of these new bodies. but nothing has come out to us yet . we have a lot of people hinging on the design, if its one way they will buy as many as they can if its another way they will only buy one or two kind of thing

If you use a design that improves the most on functionality, durability and/or weight, basically an upgrade...you will find the most interest. If something just looks better with marginal or no improvement, you will find lesser (in general) interest as aesthetic appeal is largely relative. That my opinion anyway...

you haven't seen the design yet because it hasn't been settled on. PTP asked the folks here to submit their suggestions and several have been posted.

Do not turn this thread into yet another "we've waited too long" deal: the offer to make additional bodies with a new design was made under very specific guidelines, including the fact that it would be at least the end of October BEFORE anything could be done. Tracy very carefully explained that the machine shop had to be freed up and that a minimum number of pre-orders were required before anything could happen...

right im not doing that, i just asked Tracy is she could maybe get some of the overall thoughts from PTP on the new body out to everyone, such as things that most seem to be stuck on like the feed neck ideas, sear ideas, overall body flow (boxy or more rounded), detents and things to that nature. we understand it will be at least the end of October before anything happens, not turning it into an ive been waiting to long thing at all. more or less i just wanted to have something to bump the thread with so i gave what lil information i had

I think that there are a lot of people who have gotten/ are getting used to the "instant gratification" mindset our society is rapidly moving towards.

I know I find myself guilty of it from time to time, especially when it's something that we are really anxious about. I have no fear that all will come about in it's due time, but that doesn't make waiting for it any easier.

Hi everyone, it’s Tracy!

With much discussion with Forest, he is has told me I can tell you these few details on what he will put on the body. Since you all seem to want the angel style detents—he has agreed to put this on the gun. He also said you can have the angel threaded feedport. We will co-ordinate with Airgun about the RTP style sear pin as well.

Forest stated the design he intends to build is clean, functional and will be very light weight. He has a few surprises in store for this body, which he does not want to release to anyone until we are ready to go. I think most if not all of you will be pleased with what he has planned. Please continue with your creativity, there’s a few designs that I have seen that I like as well, but would like to see more.

Anyways, I look forward to your comments and added suggestions
