Big Box came today and guess what it was.... SOMEONE ELSE BLACK HOODIES!!! They have "Got Milk?" on the front!!!! I have to ship these back and wait for ours to be shipped back as well. GAH!!!!!
The company has estimated it to be 2 or 3 wks till I get ours back, let alone ship them to you. I'm extremely sorry about this, and this not normal for business with me.

Also, I'm curious to know how big/small the logos are. I was envisioning pretty big, so hopefully they're not too small.

I suggest you ask for a partial discount and then ship the hoodies priority to us when they arrive with the extra $. This way they can make ammends to this order, and make sure not to screw with future orders. I recently ordered a refab ink cartridge off ebay and when I received it it did not work,instantly they sent me a replacement. I got the new one and they sent the wrong one, they were so embarrased they sent me 2 cartridges and did not need the other 2 returned. By the way I spent about 10 bucks total with shipping. I gave this seller a positive review because we all know people make mistakes but how they handle it is the true way to measure a companies customer service.Comment

With all due respect, a future discount doesn't help the present orders. If my order is late and my hoodie has tiny embroidery, I couldn't care less if future customers get a discount - that doesn't help my long wait or the appearance of the hoodie I purchased. I appreciate you getting this together and I'm not trying to rag on you or anything, I'm just saying that the people putting up with these problems should be the ones getting compensation (if you can negotiate any), not the people who order after the kinks have been ironed out. Let the company know that you have customers who are pissed, and if they want to have any chance at a future order from you they better make this one right. By the way, what size are we talking for the logos? Got a picture? Again, thanks for putting this together for us, here's hoping it all turns out well (and that I get my hoodie while it's still cold enough to wear it!). Disappointing!!! I agree with ThePixelGuru about the discounts being applied to the next order. That doesn't help the ones that have to wait another three weeks, and the fact that the patterns will most likely be smaller than expected. I mean would it be better to cut our (time) losses now and ask them to refund our money? Maybe we can just order from a place like CustomInk.com. I have used them multiple times, and they have always been very fast and good quality. Just a suggestions, perhaps for future orders.Comment

I second ThePixelGuru's words. The delays they've caused are grating on all our nerves. If they can't do something to help you (and thereby us) out with the current order, I don't see any reason to retain them for future orders. I believe this should be made known to them.
I'm in no way complaining about what you've done, tech-chan. I think you've done a good job handling all this and your patience is more than commendable. I suppose it's too early to ask if you've gotten word from them on dropshipping them to us?Comment

They said the hoodies are on thier way from the "got milk" people. And they are being flat rate shipped. Im so pissed. I have got them to agree to give me a 7.50 discount per person that they will credit to my account when I get the hoodies. I will pass that on directly to you. I will never do business with this company again.Comment
