I don't blame you. If you are going to do it again though, look into CustomInk.com. I have mentioned them before. They are pretty cheap, and the quality is good. They also have great customer support, and if they mess up, they will refund your money. Plus they guarantee the product to be delivered within 2 weeks of the order being placed (I believe). I have used them several times before, and they were very good. Just my $.02

Thanks Stayhuge, right now they are saying that they offered me a .75 cents refund on each shirt which is bull(poof). I'm so fedup with this company and they're crappy way of bussiness. Hopefully I will be able to get you all this refund but right now they are refusing to budge.

Just got my hoodie... a three year old with large hands could cover these logos. I could probably cover two of them with my medium size hands. Let the company know that you have at least one customer who wants his money back. I'll send you a PM in a few, hopefully we can get this company to stop being a bunch of douchebags. Oh, and edit your last post, if the AO Mod Team bans you we'll never get any of this sorted out. Cheers.

The hoodies will be black pullovers with the Automags.org logo(color) centered in the front, and the Lion logo(color) on the back. Since several people have asked for a monster Lion logo, it will cover most of the back. Please post up in this thread and ask to be added. If you do not ask, I will not add you that way we don't have any misconceptions on this. We need at least 30. I would love to get 50 orders. Thanks.

Disappointment is the only word to describe this order. First of all, they are barely sweatshirts. The material is so thin, I would call it more of a long sleeve T with a hood (Which, by the way, covers the design on the back). As for the designs, they are microscopic. Two of my fingers can cover the front one. This is BS!! And to top it off, XL is tiny. Barely fits me. I have to be sure not to dry the friggen thing, or I'll have to give it to my girlfriend to wear. This is the last time I sign up for a Pre-Order. I could have, and most likely will, have one made on Zazzle.com, which has no minimums and will probably only run me $30. Be sure to forward my "Kind" words to this company. BTW, where are the located? If it's anywhere near NY, I will make a personal visit and be sure to get something back from them(Trust me!!)

Even though I don't think your responsible Tech, I DO however give you major kudos for being willing to take them back and compensate everyone. Take a special kinda person to do that.

Ive already givin them an earful and have talked to several past buyers and all have said they will never order again. I can't afford to go after this company and I can barely afford to give you your money back, thanks for buying from me. I apologize and will not get taken advantage of in this way again.

Seconded. I certainly wouldn't mind making a phone call (or six) about this. Give us some more details (i.e., what you said and what they said, or maybe post some emails) so we've got something to go on, and I'm sure they'll get more than a few words from us. If you're concerned about posting the information publicly, just PM it to those of us who are interested. At the very least post the company's name so we all know who it was and no one else does business with them. In any event, thanks for handling this as well as possible, I know it can't be easy.
