    E-MAG ACE milling services.

    XTCUSTOMS is at it again!!!!!!!!

Now is a Great time to get your frame, body and rail milled for ACE. KCs-RTule will be starting a preorder for the boards soon. Get your milling done in advance so you are ready for it!!!!!!

We now offer Ace board milling and install services for you EMAG. KCs-RTule is making and selling the boards and install kits.

Frame Milling: Unless you have a ULE frame that is milled from the factory to accept ACE you will need your frame milled to accept the system.

Body and Rail milling: Xmag and SFL bodies were the only ones milled from the factory to accept ACE. We can mill your rail and body (body must have autococker threads(ULE, any of the dealywind bodies, Any of the XT bodies, and last but not least the IT body). we are not doing stainless bodies at this time but if there is enough interest i will make the fixturing.

Pricing: ACE milling on cocker threaded body and a rail.....$30
    ACE milling on a E-MAG frame......$30
    If you want both done.....$50
If you want it wired, installed and the software flashed.....$25

If you purchased a body and rail from XTCUSTOMS (ripper or Phoenix) you can send it back and get it milled for ACE for only $25. ACE milling will be a $25 option on all future XTCUSTOMS bodies.

We have designed our fixtures to not scratch your anodized parts. Part origins are picked up using renishaw probe (will not leave marks common by an edge finder). turn around time is aprox 1-2 weeks. Please Add %4 paypal fee because our prices are rock bottom. I would prefer a payment by money order or cashiers check with the shipment of the gun or parts.

Pictured below is Outlaw5's emag. The frame is a none ULE frame. Frame, body and rail
were milled to Accept the ACE system. Fit is excellent.

    Woooottttt!

Jay (XT)! Didn't see the milled parts yesterday......Holy S**t that looks absolutely fantastic!!!! Very clean and tight! I know you are skilled with mills as you put out a fantastic body and rail but to mill with no marks on Anno and to see the tolerances you have met is very impressive! Thanks again and I can't wait to get her back so I can get plenty of pics and video on the beast. Thanks again! V/R Jerry "Outlaw5" Perkins

Its great that you let us use your gun to do the 1st mill job and install on. It took most of the day saturday to create the programs. I was really careful because i did not want to mess your gun up. There is always a certain amount of risk but if you take the proper steps and have the know how the end result will be good for the most part. I am sure you will be happy with it.

no idea. others got tired of waiting and pushed me to make them. Tried to contact KC myself before doing them to give him first dibs on the market since he already had everything to go.
