AO: We are back from the dead... again! After an 18 day outage, we are finally alive and well. Who knew how complicated updating software/databases from 2008 would be. I still have alot of tweaks to make, but my main goal was getting everything patched and updated to 2026.
Vbulletin 6 has changed alot since 2008 so we will have a ton of new features to dig into.
What are the chances of having this by November 22nd? One of our oldest fields around these parts are closing and thats their closing day. I thought I'd celebrate by rocking something old school for one of the oldest fields in NH- Please don't make me shoot my 2001 shocker....
The rumor is that canobie doesn't own the land it sits on and it's leased, as such rent's going up, and I could only assume it's because there's a contractor somewhere in the pipeline. I do know last year Canobie aquired Adventure Games (The oldest field in New England?) So this has been a long time coming.

You are correct half and half.
Canobie does not own the land they have been using for over 20 years. The land actually belongs to the guy that invented the Microwave Oven. They tried several times to buy it,.. but he just kept raising the lease amount.
The guy passed on 7 years ago and his daugther took over. Since she didnt care about money, she let them keep on going with the place. Apparently that has changed.....
Dick and Paul purchased Adventure Games 3 years ago and turned it around. They sold the business (not the land) to Alex (Akop) whom is now owner of AG Paintball and leases that land to run the field on.
Canobie Paintball is infact the oldest field in NH. Adventure Games (at the time was called something else,.. I know it but cant recall the original name right now) was 3-5 years behind Paul opening his doors in Windham. OSG would be going on their 13th year (if my math is correct,.. I played there in my 10th grade year of high school,.. which was their first season)
Interesting, thought AG was AG right after they took it over from that boffo weapon place back in the 80's.
Right. It was a role playing game place opened by Tom Cook. Castle Anthrax was the first and only structure on the property. The original structure still is there today,.. its the first floor back left tower (it was once a 2 story tower with a trap door)
Tom sold it to Cynthia,... then Paul bought out Cynthia.
I'd like to make a suggestion...

Every time I see this thread up'd I think there might actually be something worth coming to see eg: "news on the body", instead I find conversations about everything but.
56 total pages and maybe 5 actually pertain to the bodies development.
