AO: We are back from the dead... again! After an 18 day outage, we are finally alive and well. Who knew how complicated updating software/databases from 2008 would be. I still have alot of tweaks to make, but my main goal was getting everything patched and updated to 2026.
Vbulletin 6 has changed alot since 2008 so we will have a ton of new features to dig into.
Seems like it would be more efficient to have people post for you if there's a problem rather then if it's alright, but since this seems to be how we're doing the check list...

I got the gun back from RRF and there are a few adjustments that need to be made .
As soon as the lathe opens up im going to make 2 new bodies with the corrections and give it back to RRF .
We are trying to get everything to stock specs so the end user wont have to make tons of adjustments like bodies of the past .
He put the gun together and put a bunch of paint though it but the adjustments he had to make to get it running pretty much warrents moving things around in the body .
This lathe should be done thursday night or friday morning and i will jump back on it then .
I think anyone who wants to mill their body afterward will have plenty to work with. Do you have any shots with the ASA and gadget grip? I also can't wait to see what this looks like with e-lowers.
The body doesn't hug the valve quite as much as I expected, but it's nice to see it all put together!!!
I'd be interested to hear what the tweaks are if you don't mind sharing. Otherwise I'll wait for a nice smooth body.
Oh, did he test it warped?
The valve cutout will be changed to hug the valve better ,trigger pin placement is off .05 that^ way and .02 that way > , ASA placement is off by .100 and i need about .070 more material on the bottom so the on/off pin dosnt have to be ground down .
