    I am not having any velocity issues. For those having weird issues pull your valve out and look through the body, make sure the pieces are in good alignment. I snug the 4 torx screws on the front part of the body down pretty good.

    Anyways took some measurements:

    AGD Washer ID (Y) = 0.71" or 18.1mm
    Bolt OD = 0.68" or 17.3mm
    2K9 MM Body ID = 1.00" or 25.4mm
    Valve OD = 0.99" or 25.2
    AGD Washer Thickness = 0.05" or 1.5mm

    So I'm thinking the specs of the proposed MM2k washer should be:

    ID = 0.71" or 18.1mm
    OD = 0.99" or 25.2mm
    T = 0.05" or 1.5mm

    Will keep you posted, I contacted Fastenal and there isn't a standard washer with these specs. Callin the machinist today.

      this little beauty works perfectly in every aluminium body I've made and the MM2009 isn't any different; should yours need the re-enforcement.

      lost my source though, currently checking on getting some made out of Titanium.
      but looks cost prohibitive unless I can place an order for 100 pieces.

        Lk have you tried them on the mm2k9 and fired without any issues? If so put me down for 4 or anyone else that gets them done.

          From the way it looks, I will be needing 3 or 4 of them also. Just let me know when, where and how much money to send. I am realy not likeing the out come or final price for this build.

                  I'd get one or two of those for myself. Do you have an idea of a price range yet?

                    I would be in for 2 if they go to production as well.

                      So no problems in operation/velocity using these on your MM2K9?

                          Finally got power back! YAY!

                          We should probibly make a seperate order thread and reference it here for spacers. It's nice to see good clear pictures of whats going on as well as spring setups and the like, it brings it out of the realm of questionability to a solid problem that any dolt can see. I'm not sure how much PTP follows this post but it would be nice to get some imput from Forrest about the mushrooming issue, or even some input from rf.

                            Washer

                            I got a quote for some stainless washers specs are:

                            OD - 0.995"
                            ID - 0.710"
                            Thickness - 0.05"

                            NOTE: These are simple SS washers, they are not like the ones pictured above. What does everyone want to do?

                                I still don't get how this would be installed onto the body. As I understand, we would still need to mill it further to make space for it. Is that right? Sorry for the dumb question.
