    EvilM Bodies - FS

I have many many of these AKA Evil M bodies, which I originally bought to do a run of custom markers from. However, in the ensuing months, that project stalled out and ultimately died. Since that plan is no longer viable, I am liquidating the bodies as they are. (EDIT (6-7-09): I have 15 bodies left). Price is $55 Shipped Each.

Shipping is included to addresses inside the continental US. Other destinations will be required to pay shipping surcharges on top of the original price.

I don't have any more pics, don't ask.

They are all the same, none are more or less finished than others.

They take '04 Viking hammer cartridges, '04 Viking valves, '04 Viking bolts, '04 Viking quad detents, Humphrey Solenoids from Gen II Freestyles, 'cocker barrel threads, and AKA feed neck threads. The LPR threads are 3/4"-20 just like the hammer cartridge. No LPR in production, past or present, will fit. No frame was ever produced to fit, and no VA was ever produced to fit.

There is a thread on PBN about folks adapting things to these bodies: Link to PBN Stacked Tube Viking (Evil M) Thread

No Trades, Period! This means you!

I have nearly 50 markers in my collection already, and I haven't played PB in over two years. I'm selling stuff now to keep my bankers at bay, so don't post or PM me with offers of trade, 'cause they won't be me any good. Any such posts or PM's will be dismissed out of hand, and at my discretion, may result in the application of outright mockery and or derisive laughter and pointing of fingers. Don't bust my balls, and I won't bust yours.

Also, don't post just to say "PM me."

If you want it enough to post asking me to PM you, why not save us all some hassle and just post your offer here or send me a PM in the first place. All such posts requesting me to PM you will be ignored. If you're too lazy to post or PM your offer, you're probably too lazy or dim to complete the sale anyway.

I don't have any other pictures, and I don't want to spend 40 PM's discussing how to make you a "1337 ***, face mowing gat" (or whatever the kids call them these days) out of one, only to find out you have $30 and some pocket lint to spend.

Thusly, if you cannot spend at least $1,500 on the project without batting an eye, don't even bother PM'ing to ask if I can make you a super gun out of one of these bodies, OK?

I would be more than happy sell a bare body to anyone, regardless of budget, but I cannot build a whole custom gun for you, unless you have the budget available to do it correctly.

That all said, thanks for looking.

Upon reading your OP, I have come to see why your SN is what it is. I got a hard boiled egg for trade or two bits if you could build me a custom gun.

There's one in every crowd. lol

Actually, I don't expect that kind of behavior here.

That post was directly copied from PBN, and I didn't edit out the anti-retard disclaimers that have to accompany any post there.

The moron quotient is quite high over there, so it helps to put that stuff out there in big block letters, right up front. It reduces the stupid posts by about 25% I'd say.

There are invariably a dozen or two whiz-kids who cannot be bothered to read the first post of a BST thread (you know, where the description of the item for sale and the price is ). These prodigies inevitably post something like "Trade for EGO, you add $400.", or "I'll give you $X for it shipped, if you throw in an HPA tank and a HALO." (X here is the asking price, multiplied by a coefficient, generally 0.4 to 0.25), or my all time personal favorite, "PM me."

Yes, they will take the time to make a post, asking me to contact them via PM, where I am to then beg them to lowball me.

Another popular variation on that theme is the oft seen, "PM me your lowest.", meaning I should not only take the time to seek them out, explain why I am PM'ing them, and beg them to buy my marker, but I should also go ahead and give them the value of the lowest price I can possibly stand. They will then reply with a counter offer of $X (see above about how to calculate X).

Honestly, one needs the patience of a saint, and a 1337 to ebonics to english dictionary in order to do business over there.

Never mind the colossal sell-outs the owners of PBN have become. Obnoxious beeping and animated ads everywhere, and a policy of requiring the purchase of GOLD UP's (which cost $15 for four days) on anything they decide is "NIB".

I don't mind helping out, in exchange for being able to sell on there, but damn. For that $3.75 a day, my one thread will be on the front page of the section for maybe 25 mins per day. That's good for about 100 views. Break that down, and you're looking at ~$0.04 per page view. THAT is outright thievery, especially when you consider that you'll only have a success rate of maybe 0.1% (if that).

Yeah, I just put the finishing touches on my Logic RoundBody V1.0 solid a few days ago.

It isn't fancy, just a straightforward mass reduction program. This would be a first pass, with cutting windows and profiling off the upper tube to follow in a second pass (which is easier to change and personalize if need be), if the customer so wishes.

It's pretty much as thin as I feel comfortable making it, so there won't be much meat left to re-machine later, if some of you have that in mind. Upper and lower tube thickness is no less than 0.075", and AKA has published a minimum wall thickness of 0.050", so you could remove some more metal, but not much. IMO it is better to miss thick than miss thin, if you catch my meaning.

Let me know what you think.

Damn.... just walk away just walk away no need to take on another project you're going to regret starting 6 months down the road....

Honestly if I weren't seriously down sizing my paintball crap I'd buy one.... Would be a fun project though.

As soon as I get to it.

I'm working on the CNC enclosure right now, and I've got a couple of Non-PB projects ongoing that I have to keep rolling too, so it's taking a little while.

The EvilM's are the first project for the CNC once it's up and going, I'm just not there yet.

In the mean time, you can drool on these pics of the top tube cut I'll be doing on the first one:

I'd like to pick up another body from you. I'll get the Paypal to you in the next day or so. I also need to somehow get you a sketch of the milling I'd like.

I'll be here when you're ready.

You can either take a pic of the sketch or scan it, and email it to me.

Just out of curiosity did you ever design a frame to match that beautiful body? Or did you never get to that point.
