Umm..I'm not quite sure what you mean about them all being black masks.

Yes, they are just as easy to change as Profilers. I can change one in about 30 seconds if not quicker.

Yes, they do have an all black mask. It's called the Phantom. I have been out of them for quite some time but I do believe I just got a few of them in today and they do come with a visor.
