just be sure you pop the pin out on the correct side and use an object smaller than the frame hole (if u do not have a pin out)

its fairly straight forward but you can mark up your frame if you are not careful.

Just so I am clear which side is the right side to put the force at? As in if you are holding the fun in front of you is it the right or left side?

knock it out from right side to left side. Put tape all round the pin so you dont mess up the anno when you slip...I'll send it right out.
