I pulled out my macro-line from my valve on a gun I just bought with these fittings. An o-ring came out. Does this happen often? Do I just take the whole thing apart and try and figure out which one it was?

Just push the oring back in with a drop of oil on it. I would suggest using a piece of macroline to make sure the o ring is fully seated.
