Only thing left is the balance of the labor to pay the board house.
Parts are all here ready to go.
The board house has the boards now printed.
We need to pay for the labor, thats it._______________________

UPDATE
The ACE boards are done.
The frame and battery pack should be here this week.
I got a hold of an RF kit to test with the new board.
UPDATE ON THE SURPRISE PRODUCT #1 FOR TUNABALL 6
This should be ready to install in the new test gun on time.
You guys will be really happy with what we have to show you,.....
UPDATE ON THE SURPRISE PRODUCT #2 FOR TUNABALL 6
We will have this one ready for show, not for testing.
The issue is with the code. I would like to have it installed in something so someone can put it through the ringer, but with the code being so complex, we wont have time to develop something to use on the field.
At least you guys will see what we are planning to do.
UPDATE ON THE PRODUCTION PROGRESS
RST asked where we are at with the production completion level, so I will answer that here.
Parts are waiting here in my shop. All ready to be installed.
Boards have been printed and are ready to have the parts installed on them.
The last balance remaining is the labor cost to put the parts on the boards.
Im working another job to help speed the process up, but we need to get more buyers on board as well.
So thats where we are at._______________________

UPDATE ON THE ACE BOARD
We got the new ACE boards all soldered up ready to go.
The frame and battery should be here Tuesday to test.
I still have to build a wire harness for the ACE board, should have that done next week as well.
We will have the X-Mag I have been testing the new board in ready to go with the new upper board.
UPDATE ON THE SOFTWARE
We have been making some changes to the software to improve some key features.
The eye logic is vastly more accurate when it comes to seeing the ball before it is fully in the breach.
The ball can now be picked up by the sensor before the ball hits the bottom of the breach.
If the ball triggers the fire cycle and then bounces up off the bottom of the breach because of a loader mis-feed behind the loaded ball, a non-force feeding loader being used, etc. The software can accommodate a new setting to counter the delay, which ultimately helps prevent the first ball from being chopped in the breach.
We deleted a few tourney preset modes and made new ones so that you can "program" them to be whatever you wanted. In other words, there would be no reason to send your board back to have the software upgraded to fit a tourneys new rules for ROF limits changing. You simply now can save new settings into the register banks as you want them to function for whatever rules you have to work around in said venue._______________________

UPDATE ON THE ACE BOARD
Here is a picture of it being assembled.
Only thing missing is the plastic cover over it (which we will now manufacture for you!)

Keep in mind this design layout has changed. The connectors will be turned to accommodate the new wire harness in a more simplified fit.
This is the board we will test out at Tunaball 6.
For those of you waiting to get the ACE, it will be shipping with your new E/X-Mag Board!

UPDATE ON THE MAIN BOARD
We received the main board back from the software engineer today.
Everything is working fine!
The software is even faster now,.. fire cycles are very quick!
And the eye logic,.... wow. Just amazing! Its picking up the eye being dirty, missing a ball, it resets itself when the breach is cleaned out,.... its everything you guys will want and then some!
We need to put the gun back together and its ready for Tunaball 6!
UPDATE ON THE MAIN BOARD - AUX PORT FUNCTION
We have installed an RF module in a Loader and in the gun plugged into the Aux port on the new board. It works friggen awesome!
Here is a video:

UPDATE ON THE ACE
We have finished the ACE. Its testing now and everything is working.
Once we put the gun back together I will shoot a video of it working with paint.
UPDATE ON THE SURPRISE PRODUCT #1 FOR TUNABALL
We have decided to change 2 things on this little bad boy.
Not that you guys know what we are doing or what we changed, but its almost complete.
We tested the design against the new main board today and what a difference the software is making!
You guys are going to LOVE this product!!!!!!

UPDATE ON THE MAIN BOARD - VIDEO
Here is the first video
Paint used was from Reaperball last year in September. Same paint used in the original test video. The temperature was 78 degrees in the sun.
The body is a MicroMag 2009 vert breach (this is the FIRST time I have ever used this body - I have two of them), cocker barrel, fresh battery
The loader is an EMPIRE B2 with a Virtue board and RF module installed.
The gun has the other RF module plugged into the AUX port on the board.
The board was set on 18bps Full Auto (I shoot with my left hand and I had no camera man)
<iframe width="420" height="315" src="http://www.youtube.com/embed/TUBRY-3KT4c" frameborder="0" allowfullscreen></iframe>
Second video
Changed out the barrel, left the paint in the breach
Same settings on the gun.

UPDATE ON THE MAIN BOARD - MORE VIDEO VIDEO
I was told that the MM2K9 body was prone to chopping balls for whatever reason.
I decided to dig out some more random parts and piece together another test mag.
This time I went with an AGD ULE body and an AGD E-Mag rail.
It was 85 degrees out, no wind, sunny, and the paint was the same stuff.
Not a SINGLE ball chop this time with a solid string of paint from start to finish.
<iframe width="420" height="315" src="http://www.youtube.com/embed/KDKE-JE1wt8" frameborder="0" allowfullscreen></iframe>
I think at this point I would really like to thank the guys whom have pre-paid.
You all have had a lot of patience and I have not have one single complaint.
If we could get the rest of the guys that jumped on the pre-order in the beginning to pay their amounts, we could close this thing up in 2 weeks time.
Everyone is doing great and keep the faith!
For those of you traveling to Tunaball 6, you will have a chance to shoot the board on the field.

Looks awesome, can't wait for it to be completed!!!
Also for my order I'm planning on adding the warp feed cable (warp sits on the left side of the gun)
Also, I saw this once on this forum where someone had the emag battery powering both the warpfeed and the board on the gun. Is there anyway you will be able to make a wire that is able to do this?
I know it'll drain the battery faster obviously but I don't know how it'll effect the overall lifespan of the battery. A main reason why I'm asking is to save weight.
